Delivery and FAQ
Delivery and assembly Rates:
Delivery is not included in our pricing & in production lead time.
To confirm your delivery all balances must be paid prior to delivery on the last working day prior to delivery to confirm your delivery. Payment made after 16:00 will only be allocated the next day to confirm delivery. We deliver between 09:00 am and 17:00. No delivery on Weekends or Public Holidays. After hours delivery can be requested but will be at a additional after hour rate.
Please note that our furniture is not "easy-assemble" and do not assemble using allen keys, if you opt to self assemble please keep in mind that you will need a drill and some minor experience. The reason for this is to ensure the furniture is as sturdy and strong as possible. Even though it is not recommended to use our beds as climbing frames/monkey bars we all know kids do what they aren't allowed to when no one is watching.
Local Delivery and On-site Assembly
Please note for local delivery the delivery and assembly amount is fixed irrespective of the number of items
0km - 30km : R500
30km - 45km : R790
45km - 60km : R1000
Delivery charges for jungle gyms and playhouses in Gauteng - R1000.00 (No ground work included)
Further than 60km will be shipped via courier and quoted on request
Major Coastal And Adjacent Inland Cities And Towns
Delivery is done by a third party company and includes all packaging for the most safe and secure shipping of furniture.
Shipping can take up to 5-7 working days (No assembly is done before shipping)
Received A Faulty Item, What Do I Do?
Although it doesn't happen often, no one is perfect and sometimes faults can occur! Contact us on +27 78 692 8214 or email us at dreamitwoodworks@gmail.com with pictures of the faults. If we determine the item is faulty, we will rectify at our expense or replace your item within reason.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
If you are not happy with your item purchased, you would need to notify us within 24 hours of delivery or collection. Once accepted the client confirms all in order.
A 35% handling fee will be charged and the item must be returned to us at clients cost. The difference will then be refunded to you. No refunds are given on custom made orders.
No refunds will be processed unless agreed upon by both parties under special circumstances. A refund will be paid within 28 days from date of agreed cancelation. It's the clients responsibility to provide Dream it Woodworks with a bank confirmed bank details for refund payment. No refunds on custom work! Products which are made to order are made especially for you and are therefore final sales. We cannot accept returns, cancellations or exchanges on custom orders unless there is a manufacturing flaw.
All goods must be inspected by the buyer upon delivery and collection and any defects must be reported immediately if the product is accepted then the client confirms all products is in perfect condition with no faults.
Dream it Wood Works will not be responsible for damages on items ordered during transportation/delivery by an independent courier.
Dream it Wood Works will not repair or replace any product for free that has been damaged due to misuse of the product.
